Keynote: Goal Setting, KPIs and Cultural Alignment

KPIs need to be an IT leader’s starting point before technology is even considered, according to Carol Rozwell, analyst and VP of Gartner. This keynote will give you tactics for setting and measuring goals, to boost project efficiency, and prepare you for better results, all while staying true to your team’s culture & goals.

Panel: Data-Driven Decision Making

2017 is seeing big data evolve and become more accessible to businesses of all sizes, but 77% of organizations don’t even have a big data strategy in place. In this session, members of Michigan’s big data industry will be sharing their strategies to turn data analysis into agile decision-making.

Panel: Building and Engaging a Remote Workforce

The Bureau of Labor Statistics shows that about one-third of American employees do some or all of their work from home. Some of Michigan’s most forward-thinking companies will lend you insight to implementing a remote work strategy, and meshing it with your team’s culture.

Session: Practical Security Strategies

Worldwide spending on IT security products and services grew 7.9% last year, and security budgets are rising. This unique session will explore common sense security solutions and mindsets, that won’t hinder the ability for teams to work.

Rather than split the event up with breakout sessions this year, all the sessions and talks will be happening in the Radisson’s awesome Arcadia Ballroom, so you’re not going to miss a shred of detail.
