Meet the Panelists Coming to the November Meetup

Employee turnover almost reached 17% in 2015—that means for every 30 employees in a company, five of them amounted to sunk costs. That’s as much as $8,000 each for mid-level employees, being spent to post new listings, interview candidates, and train new individuals.

Michael Cross and Sandy Glanton join the November Panel

That type of expense can be devastating for mid-sized organizations, so to uncover struggles and solutions for retention and attraction, TEKsystems has brought together leaders from Kalamazoo organizations, including Greenleaf Hospitality Group (GHG) and Kalsec, to take part in a panel discussion on November 10th.

GHG and Kalsec each support multiple locations and teams—GHG is spread throughout Kalamazoo, and Kalsec around the world. To give these companies the technical support they need, it’s Michael and Sandy’s responsibility to expand and maintain talented teams, and at this free meetup, you can learn how they do it.

Two more panelists will be revealed soon, but reserve your free seat now, because they won’t last!
